Based in Charlotte, North Carolina Srishti was formed in Spring of 2004. Members include not only Bengalis – originating from the state of West Bengal in India but also Indians from other parts of the country. Srishti has welcomed individuals who have expressed an interest in Bengali literature, theatre, music, cinema and popular arts.

A large number of persons have varying levels of behavioural peculiarities. We prefer to call them Special. There are some who do not have the ability to adjust themselves to day to day life or to perform regular activities due to specific physical inability or mental conditions.

Autism Society West Bengal is a parent initiated organization that champions the rights of individuals with autism spectrum (ASD) to participation in areas of education, employment and social events. We do this by increasing awareness about the day-to-day issues faced by individuals with autism spectrum and their families.

Garden State Puja Committee was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1980. We are one of the earliest Asian Indian Socio-Cultural Organizations initiated in New Jersey.The organization was formed by some enthusiastic and energetic Bengalees, then settled in and around Jersey City, NJ with the objective of preserving the heritage of India and Bengal.

The major objective of the organization is to foster cultural, social, educational and religious traditions of the Indian community residing in the state of New Jersey.
